We see you, we hear you. Your goals guide our intervention.

Our Services

  • Our assessments are goal focused and comprehensive. We assess your functional performance in everyday activities at home and in the community, focusing on relevant areas including mobility, self-care, communication, social interaction, learning, and self-management.

We provide recommendations to help keep you in your own home and maximise your safety and independence. This can include education and training on alternative ways to complete difficult daily activities, trial and provision of suitable equipment, home modification, and referral to other relevant community health services.

Our therapists have sound knowledge of funding bodies including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), iCare, and the Aged Care system. We help ensure you have the right level of support and funding to achieve your goals.

  • Home modifications can enhance your safety, independence, and enable you to stay in your own home.

Our therapists are trained home modification specialists, and we find it a privilege to see you become more independent and confident within your environments through our interventions. We produce professional reports with scaled drawings of modifications.

We have experience working within the parameters of funding criteria and Australian Standards, and we work collaboratively with you, local tradespeople, and the team around you, be it family or other health professionals, to problem solve solutions, promote independence, and enable you to age at home.

Specialist disability accommodation (SDA) describes a range of housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. Our therapists are informed of relevant legislation, NDIS Operational Guidelines and SDA Design Standards, and can provide recommendations regarding supports, accommodation, and specific environmental features to address your needs e.g. wheelchair accessibility, home automation, ceiling hoists, robust design.
